Standard Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the Warrior Table Soccer:

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for a full 100% refund, minus S&H. The way it works is simple, you just email us requesting a return authorization number (RMA number) within 3 days of receiving the products and ship it back within 10 days. Not Mandatory, but we request that you give us a reason so we can improve our product & service. We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction.

Only items that have been purchased directly from Warrior Table Soccer, either through the Warrior Table Soccer website or at a Warrior Table Soccer Store, can be returned to Warrior Table Soccer. Warrior Table Soccer products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the parts, hardware and documentation that were included when you received it.

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:
Worn Shirts
Used Foosball Men

To return an item, please send an email to cs@warriortablesoccer.com and request an RMA number before returning the product. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number and packages sent to Warrior Table Soccer without one will be returned to sender. The customer will be responsible for all costs of shipping back product(s).
